We have 3 football codes (not including Soccer) in Oz. None of them arcane to us. Rugby Union is well known in UK, Sth Africa, New Zealand, France, Argentina and many other countries. American football 🏈 is a mystery to all of us.

Every week I make a big batch of coleslaw. 1/4 Cabbage, 3 carrots, celery, red onion, 1/2 cauliflower and sometimes broccoli. Juice of 3 lemons. Sits in the fridge well for the week ready to go with whatever protein you choose.
