Living in the closet actually sucks so much

Came out to my cousin today and genuinely her reaction was so positive I think I could ride this wave forever

i try to say this often enough to keep a heartbeat but not so often that it comes off as corny: over the years trans and nb people have counted for a lot of the people who always show up for the stuff i make and share it around. just want to take a sec to let you know how much i appreciate you

Being closeted while living with family is crazy cause they’re super supportive of me planning to move across the country here in a little bit but what they don’t know is that I’m doing this to come out and it’ll probably ruin my relationship with them

I keep coming back to this: I’m tired of the hate toward minorities, women, the LGBTQ community and others who are vulnerable in our society. And I’m especially done with people using religion — I’m a Catholic — as a veil for their hate.
