Car rental agencies should charge you a reduced rate for gas if you prepay. My guess is that many people don’t bring them back completely empty, so they would still make money. Plus they can market it as “pay less than you would at the pump” and more people might get it.

Let’s face it, Schumer has been terrible even before this. It is time for new leadership. He isn’t the person for this moment in history, and the longer he clings to power the worse off we all are.
