For the first time since WWII an extreme right party is #1 in the German polls. Anti-fascist economic policy is urgently needed.

Instead the new coalition agenda entails:
- cut profit tax
- end 8 hr workday
- open tap for defense, austerity for the rest
- weaken social security

Universities are often quick to "celebrate" BHM. Yet that "celebration" is often not backed by concrete intellectual engagement with what may be possible if all of humanity is centred in knowledge creation. Then "decolonisation" and EDI are easy to turn back on.

This morning, M23 entered #Bukavu and took control of key locations including the governor’s residence and Ruzizi 1 border crossing. Amidst broader confusion, M23 entry had been erroneously reported since Friday night owing to inconclusive videos circulating on social media.
