I can't tell you how many calls I've had recently where my colleagues end up in tears because they've lost funding, jobs, and were told their life's work on the science of gender is meaningless and does nothing for the American people. My heart is heavy. Check up on your colleagues. They need you.

A curated online repository of surveys and scales to measure constructs of gender, such as gender roles and norms, was launched today by the Gender Equity Unit at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health and the Population Council with support from Bloomberg Philanthropies’ Data for Health Initiative.
