The ACLU has withdrawn its challenge to S. Carolina’s ban on gender-affirming health care, citing the Supreme Court's recent decision in U.S. v. Skrmetti, which opposed a Tenn. law that banned puberty blockers for minors, with the high court siding with Tenn.
