Also the reason not to eat imported raw prawns. I remember talking about this with Carol Duncan when she was still on the radio, back in the day. Not to mention the viruses harboured by bi-valves! The guy doing scallop herpes research at AAHL Geelong was a nice bloke.

(PS, I also think SATs and GSCEs should be banned, as they coincide with either end of puberty- but Brits seem to cling to rote learning & ‘teach to test’ from a tender age, despite global evidence to the contrary)
