En 🧵om varför kommunerna inte kan lämnas ensamma med de miljardinvesteringar som krävs.
Merparten av Sveriges runt 420 kommunala simhallar byggdes på 1960- och 70-talen. De är hårt slitna, har föråldrad teknik, dålig tillgänglighet och höga driftskostnader.

Sveriges kommuner och regioner (SKR) uppskattar att 80 procent av Sveriges simhallar är uttjänta.

“Good economics” means periodically throwing millions of people out of work in order to keep wages down. “Good economics” means forcing global South countries to operate as subordinate suppliers in commodity chains rather than producing for national development. Etc.
