One of the best things about books. Another great thing is that you totally can go back—- and read it again. Sharing a book with someone else doesn’t “use up” a book. It can be shared and re-read again and again.

Occasionally I bake pretty stuff. It’s Dr. Pepper cake, but fancied up with my nice Bundt pan. Why? I was too lazy to go to the store for ingredients. I had these. and who needs to stay up making frosting and decorating a cake? Bundt pan does the work, sprinkle in some powdered sugar, and done.

I think my ancient aloe that has been on recovery after cat attack has healed nicely. And is now a huge monster colony that will take repotting and dividing to fit back into the house.
