If you accept that non-citizens have no right to due process, you are accepting that citizens have no right to due process. All the government has to do is claim that you are not a citizen; without due process you have no chance to prove the contrary.

We’re all sick of the circular firing squad that is the Dem party. If we want to be effective, we have to unite against our common enemy. It should be easy, as there is so much at stake. Instead, untold time is wasted on “messaging.” Newsom has shown us the way. Fight back directly and with courage!
It never happens with GOP, but too damn often in our party folks try to build themselves up by tearing Dems down.
You can demand better from us without pissing all over the house we’ve built together.
