Just spoke with my CDC sources.

They said RFK Jr. has ordered officials to hide tuberculosis cases, even as three active TB cases were just reported in Maine. He’s also suppressing bird flu reports.

Pandemics don’t start with viruses they start with secrecy.

RFK Jr. must resign now!

$2,000,000,000,000. Two TRILLION Dollars. That's an incredible amount of lost healthcare.

Why does Musk want USAID 'to die'? And why did its website disappear?

I rebuke and condemn the monstrous and grotesque racism expressed by Trump & others in their ignorant and crass assignation of blame for this tragedy, which is an affront to Kiah Huggins’ life’s work.

Signing off for the night.

Would one of my more creative therapist friends create a mindfulness series called, "Breathing through the Broligarchy" with phrases and techniques to help the nervous system regulate and prepare for the fight for democracy, w/proceeds going to organizations that the broligarchy hates. Thanks

Creating moments of joy in Kennesaw Mountain National Battlefield.
There was a time when this mountain battlefield was scarred with the aftermath of munitions and death. Not now, though. Now there are reminders placed throughout the peaceful wood.
It's recovering.

What is common knowledge in your field but shocks outsiders?

A lot of people in positions of power got their promotions because they were behaving badly.

In sexual harassment cases, institutions use promotions as a way to retain the perpetrator and separate them from their primary victim.

Fear of job loss is not a good reason to do the wrong thing--especially for people whose work allows them savings and retirement accounts.

It's an opinion I cultivated after a decade of studying campus sexual violence--and the people who retraumatize survivors as part of their work.
