Damn...it turns out "may you live in interesting times" actually IS a curse.

You can't spell revolution without evolution.
Tonight, this exact scene will be accompanied by the phrase:

"Live, from New York..."

"Trump has ordered the U.S. Treasury to draft a $1 coin featuring him on both sides, for the purpose of “honoring America’s 250th Birthday"
- Robert Reich

Finally, a legal way to satisfy our urge to throw Donald Trump down a deep well in the hope that it will bring us good luck.

Some of you may remember George HW Bush's "Supermarket Scanner Moment," depicting him as a rich guy out of touch with real peoples's lives. That was a mischaracterized event, yet it contributed to him losing reelection.

With Trump, it's not one event and it's not exaggerated.

I love the solar maximum, it's been a really great couple of years for viewing.

Here's a couple from 2024: SW Wisc (Oct. 10) and SE Minn (May 10).

I'll have to get out and watch for them the next couple of nights. The Supermoon is too bright right now.

How many sci-fi books and movies have the aliens attacking earth to get our 'minerals.'

That was all projection, wasn't it?
