Pretty well known that a prosecutor can take a grand jury anywhere he or she wants. That Garcia was indicted means nothing in terms of the legitimacy of the “evidence”. This supposed indictment was done to try to conjure up support for their initial mistake.

Understand that his comments are intended for the Supreme Court which will ultimately decide all of the pending suits and TROs and will be asked to expand its unitary executive dicta in Trump v US to include not only immunity from prosecution but any conduct by a President while in office.

He has not only named himself Ch but has replaced virtually the entire board with his acolytes. The Center has been destroyed and may not survive financially. She should use the opportunity to underscore the point that he destroys everything he touches.

Who in the White House is developing and triggering these strategies? Trump doesn’t have the wherewithal to come up with any of what is happening. Certain it is someone or a group of someones credit to Project 2025 but would be useful to know where the power truly lies in this government

I think it’s fair to say with some certainty that with Hegseth’s ascension we can expect to see Trump deploying the military on the streets of the United States in a wide variety of venues and for a wide variety of reasons without any pushback from the DoD.
