73 yo F with what started as an L4 compression fracture. Multiple procedures at outside hospital including a cement augmentation, lami, pedicle screw fixation, removal, and spinal cord stimulator. On Forteo 2 yrs. Back and leg pain, 4/5 in b/l dorsiflexion. Your plan?

76 yo F with a history of dystonia s/p DBS and cervical fusion. Osteoporosis treated with 2 years of Forteo, transitioned to Prolia. Progressive back and leg pain. 4/5 RLE distally. What would you offer here? SVA 144mm. PT 35. PI-LL mismatch 43
