73 yo F with what started as an L4 compression fracture. Multiple procedures at outside hospital including a cement augmentation, lami, pedicle screw fixation, removal, and spinal cord stimulator. On Forteo 2 yrs. Back and leg pain, 4/5 in b/l dorsiflexion. Your plan?

Check out this recent pub . Grip strength is super easy and cheap, and does a good job of predicting discharge to home, length of stay, and need for ICU after adult deformity correction. Grip was actually superior to frailty index on discharge to home
