If I fabricated something like this cardboard template out of wood and anchored it and caulked it around where it touches the brick... 1) should keep the TV dry/protected and 2) wouldn't look stupid, yes or no?
Its near impossible to see the screen in daytime.
I will replace TV every couple years.

So I going to install a sump pump and tie in water from three sources to (hopefully) resolve the water intrusion issue caused by poor pool construction planning. We always had a front porch/bed issue, but now with the runoff, the pool deck will be in permanent mess territory without this mitigation.

Laid pavers in a few spots, not sure we will keep firepit there, will work to pave for the hotub this week.
