Simulated EMR cases were built with errors engineered within the case for fellows to find. Most fellows found additional errors not engineered into the case 😂

This is a two year curriculum with multiple simulation sessions as well as training on how to mine the EMR for events and outcomes.

The gap still exists. Women make less than men, despite asking for more, and are viewed less favorably when they negotiate.

Recognize what you can negotiate both FOR (priorities) and WITH (concessions). Everyone's priorities are different- use what you don't need to get what you want.

There have been a number of policy issues advanced by the APCCMPD within the GME community over the past year.

The subspecialty PD consortium helps raise a unified voice to the ACGME on issues like common program requirements and the NRMP.
