NLRP3 as a driver of inflammation
Eicke Latz from DRFZ and colleagues have published a review about NLRP3 in the journal Nature Immunology. The article summarizes the current state of knowledge about this key molecule driving atherosclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, and gout.

The employment participation of people with inflammatory rheumatic diseases has increased since 2010. However, the employment rate is still below the population average. Carlo Veltri from the Health Services Research Group at DRFZ published these findings in the journal RMD Open. bit.ly/4jydwb3
