I also love to play soccer! I’m on two coed teams, one with my husband. I need to exercise more, but struggle to balance that with my love of reading on the couch. I love people, and require “no talk time” where no one can talk to me so I can regulate.

Other things about me: I’m a mother of two, a 12 yo cisgender boy who loves soccer, and a 3 yo cisgender boy who loves cars and books. I have a husband who is an engineer/superintendent. We use a hybrid of all my parenting tools to figure out how to parent based on values, strengths, and attachment
