Bought what appears to be a hug-action fluffy notebook of Dr. Strangelove’s fursona for my youngest niece

I made a nightlight for my niece to go with the copy of The Children of Green Knowe I'm giving her... I just need to replace the candle effect tealight with a steady light one because it currently looks like I've made her a tiny housefire diarama featuring junior victims/perpetrators at the window.

I only just got it so haven’t had a proper read yet but it has loads on the tv version as well as the book (and the other adaptations too) so looking forward to diving into it very much

Have you seen this, published just a couple of months ago?

Term, I mean work, has finished for the year so my childhood reading tells me it’s time to get on a train to a big old house in the snowy countryside and have an adventure…

Day improved by finding a Green Knowe book I’ve not read at the station book swap

As for the ‘bigwigs’ the decision making for new Discworld covers sits in large part with the Pratchett estate. But If you want more recent editions that are, like the Kirbys, a case of a brilliant artist given the chance to craft something with character see the beautiful Joe McClaren editions

I finished up making this art (which due to high shine bg card has a real people-selling-mirrors-on-ebay issue in trying to photograph), at which point my building almost immediately flooded

People seemed to like my Ghosts mug so I did one of the Ghosts US cast!

I started on a book cover type illustration for The Box of Delights at Christmas wanting to bask in the lovely festive vibes the BBC’s rebroadcast of the series brought. Not really finished but i quite like where I got to.
