A pretty short time from urgent alerts to the actual flash flood, and who would be up late to get them and respond? I mean there's hundreds of miles, hundreds of campers... It is so unreal as they still search for folks... It will take weeks

There's quite a few organizations working on this, these are a few, but there's more. I've done various things myself. The videos Beto O'Rourke does where folks ask questions about how govt works are helpful and at times shocking. Also important to celebrate 1st time voters of any age
