Finally got around to watching the fabulous archive programme “South Asian Music at the BBC” marking “60 years of Asian broadcasting at the BBC”. But apparently not the Asian broadcasting before that, including “Asian Club” from 1953 on. Not to mention radio programmes in war and colonial contexts.
