Yes. Depending on your actual needs, lots of people seem to do pretty well with an entry-level MacBook Air nowadays. More RAM is always better, though. ;) YMMV, especially if you’re doing ML.

💯 This was my thought as well. They could set a new state of the art for GenAI and it would still warrant a beta tag, unless they leapfrog the current players by a country mile.
