He didn’t fail. He was failed. It was awful watching how they bullied and belittled him. Horrid watching it.

I’m totally on board with that philosophy. But it’s really hard as not sure commissioners are listening.

Not if you’re here in Lincolnshire. We had 2 year + waiting list for step 4 psychology service and in 2019 the trust just got rid of the service. It’s making it harder for people to get support.

Your nervous system will respond much quicker than we can think. So it isn’t all about thinking. The limbic system doesn’t think it acts. When we tell people this they think “if I could change my thinking I would, maybe I’m broken”. We have to get away from these narratives
