One of the ways wealth inequality could be solved is if the guys with all the money just burned what extra they had like the god damn joker. Not my preferred way obviously but it is -a- way.

If you burn down a forest, you don't miss out on lumber for just that season. You have to replant all the trees, nurture them, and wait for them to grow.
