And yet it was a law enforcement action . . . . .

Popularity at the time and long-lasting cultural relevancy have never been the same thing. I prefer the latter.

Final season of Game of Thrones ruined the watch ability of all previous seasons as well.

I remember them saying Obama only got into Harvard Law because of affirmative action which was somehow worse than W and Trump getting into Yale and Penn because of who their families were. Ironically, Obama was a legacy admission too but unlike them, Obama excelled academically at his school.

Completely illegal.

One of the finest and most influential directors of the last 40 years.

The Trump cult trying to suck all the fun out of cryptids like they did conspiracy theories.

It did exactly what it was intended to do but you are forgetting its greatest success: neutering any govt oversight to Elon's projects and companies in such a way that it may take decades to recover.

Judge did them a favor. It should have been tossed due to prosecutorial misconduct.

Two loathsome, murderous, and infinitely corrupt nepo babies walk into a bar, I mean, the White House . . . .

Brain drains are the natural result of fascist policies. When Elon takes over he will force all young women of fertile age to report to camps for forced-breeding with conservative men. Ironically, I'm sending my girls to study in Germany.

My only hope is the backlash to scrapping the ACA will get us something better in 3 years. We need to stop being the only developed country with no guaranteed healthcare. I'm not confident in that given how feckless the American electorate proves to be, but I need some hope.

Fetterman is more concerned with spiting progressives than he is with . . . well, anything. Some college kids on social media hurt his fee fees so now he is going to attack all the people who put him in office.

I dunno, capitulating to Trump and the GOP has worked swimmingly in the past towards facilitating future compromise and cooperation. /S

Halloween horror movies are great but I love Christmas horror movies as well. I think it is by far the scariest and most disturbing holiday. Halloween ushers in the long night whereas Christmas is where it peaks.

I live in a blue state with lots of red towns that operate like red states. They take advantage of the benefits the state has while griping about the taxes. Meanwhile they work hard to keep the riff raff out in other communities who absorb all the costs thereby subsidizing the small towns.

I'd even consider Paramount Plus if they carried it.

I'll accept this premise if we can make New England part of the Atlantic Time Zone. It bites having it get dark before the work day even ends psychologically at least for me, and safety-wise for people returning home.

They have always protected their own when it comes to assaulting children while calling their enemies child predators. This projection while covering up the crimes of conservatives and clergy, should be called the Haskell Rule.

They aren't supposed to react at all to political speeches. I know, I know, protocol is seemingly meaningless with this administration, but the silence cannot be deemed as either an acceptance or rejection of the ludicrous speeches they were subjected to.

This point is absolutely getting overlooked. They made up numbers so they could cram it through reconciliation with no Democratic involvement at all and now they're mad that the Democrats won't rubber stamp it now that they actually have some leverage.
