As someone who works in pharma: no. It won’t bring the manufacturing back.

It will just make our insurance premiums skyrocket.

It’s too expensive to move and validate those factories. It’s not like setting up a metal stamping shop.

Did eventually get a marginally better pic of the bald eagle at the tiny lake, who it turned out had a companion in a nearby cottonwood tree. So not a total loner, I guess :-)
