This is the self-care box I bring to my 9 am class. I tell people to get something to eat if they haven't had breakfast yet, or if they're not going to be able to get lunch for a while. Turns out 18-year-olds love bananas and Cinnamon Toast Crunch bars.

I live in a "decent restaurant desert"* so I've practiced making a lot of the things I like, including baklava. It's a project but making something with a lot of steps does help sort out my cluttered brain
