where I live there's a 24 hour cat curfew, so all cats must be kept indoors. they love it, especially if you design a contained cat run, where they can go outside, but are not let loose on the wildlife.

I'm carer for my 91 yo mum too. it's exhausting. I can sympathise with your poor Dad; it's soul destroying. I can see how that would be upsetting for you too
