Update: I have been given an ad for a retirement community.

At this point I'm half just using Pinterest to see what ads it throws at me haha

Update: I remembered where the shulker in question was right after posting, but now I can't remember *why* I wanted it! Winning!

At the end of the day, it's not exactly realistic for me to expect such a thing anytime soon anyways, so then, practically, what do you do? It's definitely a good topic for small creators especially to sit with and consider in any case. Thanks for opening the conversation! 3/3

I have a very difficult time accepting anything from other people (there's a whole backstory there) so honestly, I would love to be able to make money off of content without relying on Patreon or even subscriptions. But, again, the conflict with consumerism is really tough. 2/-

I've honestly been facing a similar thing. I only just hit affiliate a couple of months ago, and it feels nice to finally be making a few pennies off of my content, but on the other hand consumer culture is so exhausting to me.

I keep having to send her out or make her lay down in one spot every time we're in the kitchen but I'm guessing she's gonna end up learning some hind end awareness the hard way.

So *why* has this dog, who is hyperalert to everything in her environment, been walking into the kitchen with me and spending her entire time in there with her back feet as close to the nearest mousetrap as possible?

Now my dog is a hyperalert sheepdog. Much like her mom, she prefers to be completely in control of her environment. The first day the traps were down, she bumped one and it snapped and scared her pretty badly (she wasn't hurt at all).
