For fuck's sake they hired a consultant to shadow me, then claim my off-the-cuff suggestions as his own ideas. I legit cried about that one. All I ever wanted to do here was help.

When I asked for more time to work on my projects, I was told that's not my job. When I asked for a new role to grow into I was told they don't need that. It really hurts; it's hard to not take personally. They don't need the parts of me that make me who I am.

I made my own leotard for an event a couple years ago, but I've gotten a lot of use out of it. People kept calling me Barbie, hehehe

It was a low-stakes all women's event, only about 20 competitors. We were all making friends and cheering each other on. Immaculate, soothing vibes. I almost wish it didn't stop, but I crashed HARD in front of a plate of nachos afterwards 🥲
