I appreciate that's your perspective and experience, but I encourage you to do a little bit of research on the gender divide and bias in diagnosis of autism, the way in which early definitions of autism are almost exclusively based on the behaviours of young boys etc.

Autistic non-men have been classically excluded from the very definition of autism, let alone receiving appropriate support and assistance and community. This isn't saying that autistic men don't need support, but rather that there's an identified need for targeted resources for non-men.

Charity isn't zero-sum. It's incredibly normal and understandable that a non-profit org has a focus in a specific area that matters to its founders and members so that they can better serve and elevate the needs of that (sub)community.

While I agree their name is unfortunate, their site does say that their focus is all marginalised genders (including transmasc nonbinary people). There's nothing wrong with a charity having a focus, especially when gender *is* a factor in diagnosis and treatment.
