Today, I am running late because my IBS is playing up. So I couldn't leave the house when I wanted to. As some trains no longer have toilets on board, I couldn't get certain trains (just in case). Thankfully, I am not scheduled to be at a school, and I am working on the train.

I now work for the Trust as Business and Marketing Lead. Learners from my old school were at the Trust's Sports Day. They are used to me taking their photographs, and they were asking why I was taking photographs of the other learners too 😂❤️ Love my job!

Hardly in the office until the end of term, filming or photography. Absolutely loving it, especially the events. Lots of travelling though. I have my suncream, sunhat and Sun brolly, as well as my @calm.com thunderstorm track wishing for rain! Also helps block out commuter noise.

After a few days working from home as my hubby was in hospital, today I was filming an introduction school tour video. Learning how to use Premiere Pro to edit it - last used film editing programmes years ago!

After a few days working from home as my hubby was in hospital, today I was filming an introduction school tour video. Learning how to use Premiere Pro to edit it - last used film editing programmes years ago!
I didn't need to set my alarm for my husband's 4am medication, as a strange never seen before black cat entered the house! Woke up to 3 cats hissing at it as it tried to escape. Thankfully, our ginger tom, Weasley, was out! Now to try to get a couple of hours sleep before work!

In the early hours, we heard what we thought were foxes. There is now a hole underneath our fence. Just heard wood being scratched, and came down to this. I am sure I saw a badger jump through? We have always had foxes come into the garden and never had any trouble! Now waiting to see what happens

Another exciting busy week. Tomorrow, helping 3 schools with their new MIS, Wednesday and Thursday full shoots for 2 schools and Friday, editing! I am truly blessed to have a job I enjoy.

This afternoon was spent setting the balance on my camera with a gimbal - who know it was so involved?! I'm trying it out properly by filming friends' dogs tomorrow. Hopefully, they will move more than my cats did 😂

EMA sent, degree completed after 6 years and heading for a First. Now, I am looking forward to continuing to enjoy my new role, reading books again, exercising, taking photos of fun, training for LM next year (for HHHO again), and catching up with people (anxiety willing).
