It still shocks me to when people want to display my art in their homes.

This all began as a way to deal with stress and put my love of pop art in conversation with my Colombian heritage, and has transformed into something unexpected and beautiful 🫶🏽

This is the book I wish existed when this Colombian American kid was growing up & never finding books that represented me 🤘🏽 thank you @carolinaflorezc.bsky.social for bringing such a powerful Colombian Muisca woman to life 🇨🇴 and crafting amazing Colombian horror!

Holy moly, I just made a crocheted stuffed animal for a friend and I couldn’t be more impressed with myself!

His name is Mokie, the 5 legged octopus 🐙

Always fun to get another roll developed 🤘🏽 these were out at mine in northern Nevada. A perk of having miners for friends is getting to join them during mining operations in some of the most remote terrain in the state!

I am crocheting (a Tia taught me the basics when I was 8) & it became a very therapeutic way to deal with grief in a year with so much loss. Each designed for a specific person, a thank you for their support & a reminder to center gratitude and community in tough times.

These are some of my favs 🤘🏽
