Huuuge difference.

In addition to the taste difference, a lot of ground beef has a lot of fat in it that renders out and both flavors the dish and keeps the pan oily. Ground turkey doesn't. Personally, prefer the beef taste, but ground turkey has its points.

With drawings and paintings, it's almost always background and other stuff that contextualizes the main event. I'll always look for that first.

But with everything, the next thing I see is visual texture, looking for visual touch-sense, how the work feels by brush or other technique.

Honestly, most anything literary. It feels like shows and movies pervade the public consciousness a lot, and even if you're not a movie/tv person, you'll hear about big things. But unless you're talking regularly to other readers and INVITE them to talk about this, it rarely comes up.
