I've checked in my web settings and confirmed this option exists. May require a business account. Changes nothing about the advice above, which is still important information <3

This feature can be disabled by going to Invoicing -> Feedback and toggling 'Collect feedback' off there (on a business account, at least)
Apparently P*ypal now asks for customer opinions on accounts sending invoices.
If you are paying an invoice to a nsfw artist, do NOT mention NSFW in any way, keep it blank even. you risk both your account and the artists.
