It’s all pretty Google-able. And I should add, he only actually had two years, having lost the house after 2022. And a few dem senators like Manchin (calling him a Dem is generous) made it pretty hard to do anything. Having a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court doesn’t make life easy either. 1/2

“Retarded” is connected to historical acts of dehumanization, including eugenics. It carries much more shock value and is understood as a much more vicious insult to any native speaker of English.
