It’s all pretty Google-able. And I should add, he only actually had two years, having lost the house after 2022. And a few dem senators like Manchin (calling him a Dem is generous) made it pretty hard to do anything. Having a 6-3 conservative Supreme Court doesn’t make life easy either. 1/2

“Dems did nothing” is a pretty tired talking point. I wish they’d gone after Trump, but Biden instituted aggressive measures to fight Covid, signed an executive order cancelling student debt, cracked down on junk insurance, expanded Medicaid, required airlines to issue refunds—tangible things. 1/2

That’s the kind of response that doesn’t even indicate you read my reply. Fuck off.

“Retarded” is connected to historical acts of dehumanization, including eugenics. It carries much more shock value and is understood as a much more vicious insult to any native speaker of English.
It might technically mean the same thing as “moron” but it’s like comparing “Indian” and “Re****n.”

Using a slur for disabled people that isn’t normally a part of civilized conversation

A very hollow understanding of what “semantically identical” means.

Undecideds usually break against the party in power in a midterm, though, so this is actually pretty good for him .

“Liberals use the term ‘free world’ to talk about white countries” is a strawman fallacy if I’ve ever seen one.
Such a good example, in fact, that I will bring it up in class when we go over logical fallacies. Thank you!

Kind of like the whole “Hitler had some good ideas, like the autobahn,” only without any actual good ideas.

I can’t help but think of that Simpsons episode where Apu is trying to avoid getting deported, goes to the mob for phony documents, and they urge him to “act American.”

We may not win Texas, but we’ll make them fight for it.
We may not win Alaska, but we’ll make them fight for it.
We may not win Ohio, but we’ll make them fight for it.
And the more fronts they’re playing defense on, the more likely we score a breakthrough in one or two of them.

Not sure how 7.5 gets you there, but ok.

Don’t you have a Walmart to say you’ll firebomb, and then not firebomb?

It actually looks to be right about what Spanberger got. Possibly a hair higher.

Final numbers look like 77/23. A 19-point overperformance compared to Harris.
January 14, 2026 at 12:26 AM
That’s all I need to see to know that you don’t actually talk to liberals.

Right? I thought these shitheads stayed on X with the rest of the scum.

Speaking of white people and men, that’s who I see most often saying that both parties are the same: the ones whose privilege allows them to lead an existence where it truly doesn’t matter who wins. The ends justify the means for them.
