It's interesting that they still end up taking their kid to a hospital. They know what they're doing is wrong, and when it's gone too far, they revert back to medicine.

Calgary, Alberta did an episode of this. It ended with children with rotted teeth. I live in Utah now, and knowing how much sugar is consumed, the dentists there are about to make a lot more money.
