Got the hospital-provided ham dinner tonight, those collards were the best! I could have just ate a whole pot of them with a good hunk of cornbread to sop up the pot likker(liquor).

Census is 40(normally we're in the upper 60s/low 70s). ER only has 1 patient(normally at least in the teens, but as high as mid 40s when I start a shift). Nothing on OR schedule. Had time to put safety eyes in this donkey and stuff and seam his head and ears. now for limbs, and finishing him up. 💙🧶

Happy Turkey Day... I didn't quite get it finished, but it's close! A few ends, some stuffing, and gathering around neck and leg holes.

Nightshift 6 of 7 tonight and I brought in a case of satsuma oranges to share with my medsurg and icu nurses. SATSUMAS!!! This is my favorite local fruit season.

Right there beside ya. I knit and bake to de-stress, so I offered up to folks back in, hm, maybe May-ish, to knit and mail them a little something (either specific request or surprise item) and I've been working my way through the list. You can see some of the knits on my page.

Gonna knit myself a turkey hat for Thanksgiving. I knit a bunch of these on commission a decade ago and never knit myself one! #knitsky 💙🧶
