There is a lot going on in the world. I hope to share with you little things that make me smile. Our students have missed out on a lot being thrown into a digital world. Little skills are lost, things you may not realize… like how to use a paperclip. They were so creative to make it work!

If vouchers “school choice” passes in Texas, Private Schools should be held to the same accountability standards that private schools do in order to accept the funds. Hold them to the same teacher certification, attendance policies, and state assessment policies if they accept any state funds.

I needed this perspective today. Was very thankful to come across it after I was told I was delusional, nothing insidious or nefarious was going on. Sharing in case anyone else needed to read it as well.

Well dang, same pump, same station. I thought gas was supposed to be cheaper today? I was looking forward to cheap gas and eggs. Guessing I’ll be disappointed at the grocery store too.

I feel like I need to go buy a journal to start writing down things that happen over the next 4 years. I kept a Covid log, and was very thankful I did. I think my first entry will start at 8:36pm last night when my TikTok stopped scrolling.
