Having followed the Grenfell inquiry, Post Office Horizon inquiry and the Glasgow hospital inquiry one question remains : why do people think their cover up will be successful?

In all these caees the initial mistakes were variously callous, accidental or a mix but the cover ups were malicious.

Did you know that mechanical thrombectomy for stroke is 7 times more effective than thrombolysis for MI? It saves lives, reduces disability. Much of the UK still doesn’t have 24hrs access to thrombectomy and only 4% of stroke patients get one. #anaesthesia2025

D&G finally going Tory free. And DCT to SNP. Feels unlikely at present. But we are still 3-4 years out from election
New @moreincommonuk.bsky.social MRP in @thetimes.com from polling of over 16,000 people finds a highly fragmented and divided electorate. It estimates Reform UK as the largest party with 180 seats, followed by Labour & the Tories on 165 seats each, but hundreds of seats on a knife edge.
