That depends on which keys aren't already assigned a function.
Personally, I'd go with something on the opposite side of the keyboard, like PgDn.
I emulate games from time to time, so I tend to use WASD for movement, with the NumPad for all the buttons I need, like A, B, X, Y, Start, Select, etc.

Here is what the DOJ has to do if they redact anything. Note the reporting requirements for redactions, which is a backstop on the “narrowly tailored and temporary” requirement above, and the required naming of public officials and dignitaries.
