What can he possibly do with all that money? He can never spend it all. His kids can never spend it all (this may be wrong since he’s trying to sire an entire small country). The only people even depicted with that kind of wealth have only ever been supervillains.

I’m sure they are planning to hold all personnel, regardless of party affiliation, to the exact same standard and scrutiny.
