A newly made καδίσκος (kadiskos) for the new moon. A jar is fillled with wine, olive oil, honey, and symbols of prosperity and protection such as grains, and put in an out of the way place as an offering to the gods, sharing our prosperity. It is emptied and replaced every new moon.

Found this guy in my dining room. Pretty sure he's a water moccasin, so he went outside well away from my yard, with my blessing.
