I am passionate about my family, music, conserving our natural environment and the need for excellent, fact-based news.
What rubbish in The Times today re the BBC. As ever, doing down the BBC, complaining about the licence fee and not a word in its editorial about Trump's bullying. At the end of the day, Panorama was still right and the BBC should see this as an opportunity to assert its excellence.

Indeed.

I was so horrified yesterday that I sent the attached letter to @peter4bracknell.bsky.social who is my local Labour MP (he is doing a good job) but, genuinely, I despair. Labour must stop following and start leading.

You're quite wrong. One achievement has been to make Farage look like a hero. Here is his immediate response. That's Labour leadership for you.

I loathe Farage, but Starmer is so stupid he walked into to the trap, where Farage was waiting for him. Here is Faragw on TV, now

So, the hate monger Trump talks garbage upon his arrival in Scotland and The Times amplifies it on the front page. Never mind Gaza, his capitulation to the Kremlin, illegal deportations and so forth.

Glad to be British and not American.

£6.10 to park the car for 1 hour on a Brighton Street, Saturday night. Bloody bonkers.

What a bunch of a bloody useless local authority, controlled by Labour & The Green Party.

It has been indeed Lewis. Here is my walk yesterday in Surrey.

Speechless. This is hard to take in. Times. Events. Specific weapons. On a public network. Personal phones.

So, is this supposed to be democracy? It's authoritarian.

He will not leave. Biden reminded you all, '...if you can keep it,', and I fear you have lost control in America.

From the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum is a salient reminder of what we should be watching out for. Do you recognise any of this?

I asked Deepseek about Freedom of Speech in China. Remarkably, it started giving a very factual and fair account, then, suddenly, the screen changed to the below.

If true Sasha, this article in The Telegraph seems much more plausible. Have a good day :) #louisehaigh
