I should clarify that this was something I heard someone say in a taped interview. The person who said it has undoubtedly never heard of me and wasn’t commenting on any of my books. So I doubt if anything I do will piss him off unless he happens to run across any of my stories.

I guess he was saying you should keep them around for a significant amount of time before terminating them. Not sure, though. It didn’t make any sense to me.

Well, five stars are nice. But I'll put the content of that 3-star review right up there with the 5-star reviews I've received and ahead of many of them.

I've always maintained that the number of stars counts for far less than the fact you got reviewed. I'm far more interested in the number of reviews a book gets than the number of stars in the reviews.
