Recent new articles are showing shingles vaccine link to lowering dementia rates. However, inconclusive results and more research to do. But it does highlight the need for elder wellness, mobility, diet, and lifestyle as still the best proactive action.

Nutrition? How do I know of I am doing it right?
It's simple, moderation, exercise, sleep and hydration.
Eat portions, but enjoy it.
Exercise to a sweat for 30 minutes a day.
Get 8 hours sleep.
Drink water.
This is mine and hubbies lunch. There is a treat, there is a package biscuit or two.

Regardless of belief structure, defacing a religious statue shows how unwell our society has become. So saddened to see the weeks my father and I put into this statue restoration end up with her hands smashed and her face damaged extensively.
It is endemic of the problems facing humanity.
