So, in order to wrongfully convict Kilmar Abrego, the DOJ is allowing José Ramón Hernández Reyes, 38, to remain in the US. Convicted of smuggling migrants & re-entering the US after deportation. He also pleaded guilty to “deadly conduct” in a separate incident where he drunkenly fired a gun in TX.
