Travelling is always fun and getting to go to new places and countries is great. Especially when there is a reason to go too. I can't always quite cope if there isn't a reason. Would be great next time to go with someone else and share the experience with

Waking up soggy as per usual. Going to bed in a clean and dry nappy. Who else out there has this issue of bed wetting/incontinence? One time I'd love to wake up in a cot having my nappy checked

A very full nappy. Dealing with incontinence is something that has taken time to get used too. Definitely has its ups and downs but I try to not let it stop me doing what I want to do.

Waking up after a really rubbish nights sleep due to a cold and being extremely blocked up. Without having protection I would hate to think how much worse I would have been #abdl #incontinence #incontinent #nappies
