A very soggy evening here and also may be a tad 💩 sometimes these things happen and I'd much rather it happened like this whilst I have a nappy on than not #incontinent #incontinence

Travelling is always fun and getting to go to new places and countries is great. Especially when there is a reason to go too. I can't always quite cope if there isn't a reason. Would be great next time to go with someone else and share the experience with

Having a pretty crazy couple of days and off abroad tomorrow. Hopefully I can forget for a short time what's happening and enjoy a country and culture. Just wish currently someone could give me a cuddle and make sure I'm okay

It's great finally sleeping with my dummy again. For weeks I haven't been able to due to a cold and blocked nose.

Nothing quite like waking up all cosy in a sleep suit, soggy nappy with my dummy in and hugging my favourite stuffie. Shame I now have to get up.

A very full nappy. Dealing with incontinence is something that has taken time to get used too. Definitely has its ups and downs but I try to not let it stop me doing what I want to do.

Waking up after a really rubbish nights sleep due to a cold and being extremely blocked up. Without having protection I would hate to think how much worse I would have been #abdl #incontinence #incontinent #nappies

Hmmm Tena Slip Proskin supers not sure how well these are going to do the job. Been prescribed them from the NHS for incontinence issues but so far not so good
